In the Footsteps of Zsigmond Rákóczi at Szerencs Castle

Located in the centre of Szerencs, Rákóczi Castle is the youngest fortress in the region, built at the end of the 16th century. Today, part of the building houses the collection of the Zemplén Museum, offering visitors insight into the cultural and historical heritage of the area.

Panorama and Silence Above Tarcal

Start on foot from the heart of Tarcal and hike up to the Christ the Saviour statue, where a breathtaking view opens up over the Tokaj wine region. The Legend of the Mád Synagogue
